Kenny was found alone, along a backroad and he was in rough shape. When he arrived in our care he was skinny, covered in fleas, had a corneal ulcer and a terrible upper respiratory infection. We were concerned that he may need surgery to fix his eye. Lucky for him it was determined by the vet his right eye would heal, but unfortunately may remain permanently blind.
After several rounds of medication and some love from our dedicated volunteers, Kenny has made a full recovery! He enjoys chasing paper balls and lounging on desktops.
The best news? Kenny was adopted on July 23rd!
