On Saturday October 14th from 11 am to 2 pm we will be hosting FREE adoptions!
The Bissell Pet foundation will be covering all adoption fees this day only. We will have many great pets including cats and dogs. All potential adopters just need to complete an Adoption Survey. Surveys are located in our main lobby and can also be found on the "Adoption Information" page here on our website. Adopters can save time by printing a survey and bringing it in already completed. Just as a reminder, all adopters MUST provide proof of vaccines for all other owned pets. If your veterinarian will not be open that Saturday, bring your vaccine records with you! The FREE adoption does not cover a dog license. Adopters need to check local regulations and are responsible for licensing in the county which they reside.
We look forward to placing animals into their loving homes and maybe you will be on of those homes! We hope to see you there!!

Hello everyone! We are still working on raising funds for our new facility, but I am excited to announce we have began taking homeless pets into our foster program and are now offering pet adoptions! All of our fosters are dedicated families, taking time to care for a homeless animal while they await their forever home! We are still largely ran by volunteers, so processing adoption applications has really been keeping us busy! Check us out on Facebook @midmichiganhumanesociety as well as www.adoptapet.com (search 48888)for a list of our available pets! We will have more and more available pest as our foster network grows! Thank you for your continued support and dont forget to share out page! Thank You! - Angela Hollinshead
Building a new future indeed! With the help if our dedicated citizens like yourself, you can help us achieve our goal of providing a new "leash" on life for hundreds of animals each year. Our goal is to find a piece of property to build our new facility or find an existing location to renovate and create a new space to house our organization. We are looking for an area close to the City of Greenville. 5000+ square feet of space is a minimum requirement. If you have any ideas or know of a property for sale, please share it with us! We have recently began our capital campaign to raise funds for a new location. Our goal is to raise $500,000 by the end of August 2017. We will post updates on fundraising events as soon as they are organized. All donations are tax-deductible. Donations can be made via our DONATE buttons posted throughout our page or mailed directly to us at
PO BOX 577, Stanton MI 58888. Mail-in donations will be processed as soon as received and a you will be mailed a receipt. Thank You for your support!
